She is co-owner of Fiddlehead Kitchen, a seasonal, scratch sustainable kitchen in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin.

Fiddlehead Kitchen is a mobile kitchen that offers menus based on local farmers and draws off different cultures and cuisines, spotlighting ingredients in unique, flavorful ways.

Weekend service is at Barred Owl cocktail bar in Balsam Lake. Other services include private chef service, catering and pop-up events.
