How will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped by UPS for an anticipated two-day delivery timeframe at the point of shipment. For example, an order shipped on Tuesday, would be delivered by Thursday.

Depending on your location, your order will be shipped by UPS ground or by UPS Two-Day.

Email notification with a tracking number will go out when the order has been shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders on the first and third Monday/Tuesday of the month. Dates are shown in the online ordering system.

Shipments go out on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure your order isn’t delayed over the weekend. In November and December, we ship one time a month.

How should I expect my order to arrive?

Your goat meat order is shipped frozen and carefully packed in an insulated mailer or a box with an insulated liner, both have a high insulation value, with dry ice or gel packs depending on your location.

Your order is then shipped for delivery within a 1- to 2-day timeframe via UPS. Based on your location shipping may be ground or two-day air.

This will ensure your order stays chilled during shipment. Please unpack your box as soon as you receive it. Any freshly thawed items can either be refrigerated or refroze for later use. It is normal to have some thawing. 

Delivery to PO Boxes Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
