Tips on How to Grill Goat Burgers
Make sure to thaw the goat meat before using.
Mix together the goat meat with seasonings and spices as desired to pack a flavorful punch.
Form burger patties, making an indentation in the center of each one - it helps prevent the burgers from puffing up while cooking!
Grill the burger patties on high heat until brown and crispy on each side and slightly pink in the middle, or to your liking
