Go-to Goat Burger Recipes for Summer

Burgers are a sure-fire warm weather staple whether you’re grilling for a group or just looking for a simple summer meal. But my favorite part about burgers? They’re SO easy to customize and switch up depending on what you’re in the mood for.


Burgers are traditionally made with ground beef but I’m here to tell you that you’ve got to give goat burgers a chance too - they’re absolutely delicious!

Tips on How to Grill Goat Burgers

  1. Make sure to thaw the goat meat before using.
  2. Mix together the goat meat with seasonings and spices as desired to pack a flavorful punch.
  3. Form burger patties, making an indentation in the center of each one - it helps prevent the burgers from puffing up while cooking!
  4. Grill the burger patties on high heat until brown and crispy on each side and slightly pink in the middle, or to your liking
