Goat Birria Pizza

Enjoy this flavorful pizza as a fun twist on Birria. It's great for a Friday night or any time for that matter.

Birria Pizza
Serves: 3-4
 
Ingredients:
Crust of your choice – scratch, premade
1 cup Birria goat stew meat – recipe here
1-2 cups of Birria broth – from same recipe as stew
1-2 cups - Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Cotija cheese
Fresh cilantro
½ cup Onion, chopped 
 
Directions

1. Make Goat Birria Stew (recipe here)
2. Prepare pizza crust based on crust instructions. I will make mine from scratch, but a pre-made crust or ready-to-cook crust works great too!
3. Take 1 cup of birria broth and simmer it to thicken to make the sauce. Once it is thickened, spread on the crust.
4. Layer on cheese and birria goat meat
