Sliced gyro meat
Naan flat bread
Tzatziki sauce
Sliced onion
Sliced tomato
Lettuce

Directions

Make tzatziki sauce and chill in fridge
Slice onion and tomato, set aside
Lightly pan fry gyro meat with butter to heat, take care not to overheat (it is pre-cooked)
Assembly sandwiches: naan, slices of gyro meat, lettuce, tomato, onion and tzatziki sauce
