1 cup Birria goat stew meat – recipe here
1-2 cups of Birria broth – from same recipe as stew
1-2 cups - Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Cotija cheese
½ cup Onion, chopped
This recipe uses leftovers from this goat birria stew
The stew is now ready for other recipes: Use the meat and the stew broth for birria tacos (recipe), ramen (recipe), pizza or other dishes.
