Here’s a sample breakdown of what you’ll get in your Graziers Choice Box. The box will be packed based on current inventory of cuts and cut weights.
- Premium cuts:Rib chops, chops, and leg of goat. About 2 lbs. for the regular and 4 lbs. for the family size.
- Assorted cuts: Roast, shanks, neck roast, steaks. About 2 lbs. for the regular and 4 lbs. for the family size.
- Stew meat and ground meat:About 4 lbs. for the regular size and 8 lbs. for the family size.
Pricing is $18.50/lb. for both the 8 lb. and 16 lb. box.

Shipping Dates for 2023
Since we are a small family farm, we ship on an every-other-week schedule to serve you on a frequent basis, yet allow us to efficiently balance our time between the farming and food sides of our business.
We ship on the Monday/Tuesday of the shipping week, with a 1-2 day shipping timeframe.
Orders submitted after noon CST on Monday of the shipping week will go out the following shipping date.
